Executive Researcher/Resourcer

Role Overview:

  • Reporting to the Head of Research to help deliver executive search assignments
  • Undertake research for assignments, delivering a longlist and progressing this to shortlist according to the clients brief and agreed timeline
  • Approach and telephone screen candidate against core competencies
  • Involved in all administrative duties related to the assignments
  • Help manage and update the company database

You will be expected to:

  • Ensure that you collect a detailed brief from the client and agree a timeline.
  • Prepare supporting documents for the search such as role profile, advert copy and competency screener and agree the content of these with the client.
  • Identify target companies and candidates to approach.
  • Intelligently approach target companies and candidates using the telephone, email and LinkedIn
  • Capture candidate information on the Company’s internal database.
  • Manage responses and compare with role profile and required competencies to identify a short list of candidates.
  • Arrange interviews with the strongest candidates.
  • Identify a shortlist of candidates and produce a report to support your decision.
  • Arrange interviews with the client and manage the feedback process.

Key Requirements:

  • Possessing strong internal drive and motivation to succeed in a goal and sales-oriented environment.
  • Able to communicate credibly on the telephone and in writing with senior level business people and build mutually valuable relationships.
  • Familiar with desktop productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook etc
  • Mature attitude, not requiring micro-management and happy to work on your own if other members of the team are out of the office.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise the important ones.
  • You need to be commercially savvy and a keen interest in business.

Salary:

£20,000 – £30,000 + Bonus.

Hours:

8am until 5.30 – Monday To Friday
