Graduate Membership Administrator

Are you a graduate or similar with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail?

Hybrid role, working from home as well as in the office

What will I be doing as Membership Administrator?

Reporting to the Engagement Team Leader, you will be responsible for processing all individual and corporate membership applications and acting as the first point of contact for all member and potential member enquiries.

You will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers by carrying out day to day administration requirements, and effectively dealing with their enquiries via the telephone, email, or letter.

What skills and qualifications do I need for the role of Membership Administrator?

  • Customer service experience and good admin ability and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good relationship building with customers and colleagues
  • Well-developed teamwork skills
  • Strong organisational skills
