This award-winning organisation and charity are looking for someone to join their team as a Graphic Designer, located in Princes Risborough near High Wycombe, Bucks

The role is to provide vital extra resource to the rebrand project to help with the implementation of the new brand. This role will focus purely on creating and updating key business collateral, as well as offering guidance and advice on how the new brand can be managed and developed in the future.

This hybrid role will be a contract until September 2022 and the company offer amazing benefits!

What does the role involve?:

  • You will be implementing the new brand across the organisation by creating and updating key business collateral, as well as offering guidance and advice on how the new brand can be managed and developed in the future.
  • This role provides the rebrand project with extra design and creative resource to implement a company-wide rebrand in order to strengthen the image and identity of the organisation.
  • Provide support to the Head of Brand and Communications on activities and ad-hoc projects as and when required.
  • The key to the success in this role is a solid understanding of design for digital, the importance of a strong brand and a good understanding of how to use brand guidelines and translate into new concepts.

You will need:

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Prior experience of working for an agency or in-house agency
  • Experience of designing multichannel assets suitable for web, email, social media and print
  • Diverse and exciting portfolio
  • Copywriting skills / excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Managing external suppliers
  • Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
  • Ability to build effective business relationships
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Well-developed teamwork skills
  • Ability to produce clear written documentation
  • Adobe CC suite
  • Good PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
