Looking for a proactive leader to contact and manage the new business sales pipleline with new and existing business leads
You will need to make sure that all B2B and B2B2C revenue targets are met
The main duties of this role are
- Making sure all sales targets are met for the department
- Manage and develop the new business strategy
- Work on your own personal strategy to bring in business for the department
- Motivate and lead the sales team, to include personal coaching, development, monitoring, appraisals and sales support
- Monitor and report sales activity on CRM system
- Make sure the right products and technology are in place
- Closing complex sales
- Ability to research and act upon findings
- Assist with sales tenders and bids
- Relationship building
- Problem solving and working on own initiative
- Giving presentations
