HR Admin

Based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire, this is working for a leading medical company where you will be an integral part of the HR team providing full administrative support.

Salary: Up to £23,000

Working hours: Monday- Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm. This is an office- based role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Human Resources database in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inform appropriate staff of all new starters and leavers.
  • Monitor DBS and NMC renewal dates and carry out all DBS applications.
  • Support HR Advisors in the recruitment administration process.
  • Support to HR Advisors in making arrangements for induction of new starters, arranging induction meetings, sending induction welcome emails and links of forms and folders.
  • Collate monthly absence data. Maintain absence reporting system and produce timely reports.
  • Be responsible for year end processes in relation to annual leave entitlements.
  • Manage the administration process for leavers.

You will need:

  • Previous HR experience is desirable
  • Excellent administration and attention to detail
  • Passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers
  • Able to demonstrate skills in prioritising, planning, and organising workload in order to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly IT literate, including Microsoft Office and database skills
