You would be reporting to the HR Manager but working independently without being micro managed and so self motivation and organisational skills are key
Ideally you will be available immediately as the current incumbent is leaving on 6th December and a handover would be ideal here.
Job Purpose:
To provide a knowledgeable and excellent HR service to the business. Working closely with the HR Manager and Directors, supporting them with Admin tasks and other Adhoc needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in the implementation of the HR strategy
- First point of contact for the recruitment process; posting job adverts, filtering CVs, handling first stage interviews
- Support the implementation of HR procedures, policies and standards
- Support the HR Manager in attracting and retaining talent
- Conduct inductions and exit interviews
- Ensure all staff are adequately trained
- Provide administrative support to Directors
Key skills:
- Educated to A Level
- A minimum of 6 months experience in an office based role
- Previous HR experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Previous B2B experience would be beneficial but not essential
