HR Administrator

Our client is a well-established organisation, based in Thame. They are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator and looking for someone who is a team player, self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic.

Job purpose:

To provide HR administration and support service across all aspects of HR. You will be working closely with the HR Advisor and HR Assistant to ensure a high quality of HR service is provided to the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Checking and producing starter documentation, including welcome packs
  • To administer all HR documentation using standard templates including AWOL, leavers, doctors notes etc.
  • Updating necessary data
  • Manage Recruitment advertising process
  • Completing training workshop invites and other workshop course material including certificates
  • To answer and distribute incoming telephone calls
  • Assist where appropriate HR projects

Key skills:

  • Previous experience within a similar administration role
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems
  • Organised and ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Team player and commitment to team objectives
