Internal Account Manager

Our lovely client based in Wokingham are looking for an ambitious and confident individual to join their dynamic team.

Job Purpose:

  • To build a new business pipeline and incremental engagements from a defined set of new focus accounts.
  • To deliver detailed account support for a leading client in conjunction with contracted terms.
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure balance between the two focus areas.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop new business opportunities within existing customer and new target accounts
  • Conduct focus account qualification information
  • Expedite and escalate leads in line with client expectation
  • Utilise contract pricing to provide quotations and manage these through to confirmation
  • Engage with learner’s post event to determine feedback.
  • Proactive in understanding offerings and shifts in both competition, vendor & industry trends. Meeting customers training teams to help build relationships and provide cover.
  • Work with management to ensure accurate and profitable quotation
  • Manage the compilation of monthly or annual spend reports for clients in line with contracted obligations.

You must have:

  • Solid desktop skills including excel
  • Proven success of working to and delivering against targets (KPI and/or revenue)
  • Resilience, passion, and an ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrated capability in building successful relationships
  • Experienced of working to margin and currency conversion

Salary:

£21,000 to £25,000 with £10,000 OTE = Up to £35,000k

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30PM
