Are you keen to work in a smaller company where you can get really involved and earn uncapped yearly commission as well as quarterly commission as well?

This company have a strong product range and there is NO COLD CALLING involved, most of the sales enquiries come from website enquiries and outside leads.

You will need to be highly motivated with fantastic customer service skills and have a high desire to win jobs, some of these jobs can take a while to materialise and others are very quick.

You will be keeping in regular contact and following up on all live quotations to keep track of the process stage

Also, researching competitors and making appointments with customers to try and secure orders

Negotiating smaller orders over the phone and processing the sales.

Taking incoming phone enquiries for general pricing and lead time queries.

Preparing basic quotations
