IT Support Administrator

Do you have a strong interest in supporting and IT team? And hold great administration skills?

Are you looking for a role in which you can learn, develop, grow and utilise your existing experience?

This role is to provide administration support to the Account Managers, the role does offer progression and development over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Picking up enquiries – working closely to support your team
  • Matching specification products to that of the customer requirements
  • Sourcing equipment if required (internally/suppliers) – Working with Procurement
  • Raising and sending quotes
  • Processing new orders
  • Raising internal purchase order requests
  • Ensuring requested delivery and collection dates are met
  • Tracking orders for delivery and keeping customers informed
  • Raising manual Invoices/Credits
  • Covering the sales floor when Sales meetings/courses etc take place
  • Updating CRM – adding new accounts and opportunities
  • Archiving old paperwork
  • Play an active role working with the team to make process improvement and efficiencies
  • Assist with certain Ad Hoc projects

Salary:

£18,000 – £19,000

Monday to Friday
