This International Recruitment Manager of online programmes role requires an experienced, highly driven, organised and motivated candidate with the ability to manage a diverse workload. Dealing with pre sessional English and English language programmes.
You will need experience ideally of International Student Recruitment or similar and a solid understanding of the higher education sector with knowledge of UK visa and immigration rules and policies
This role is hybrid can be based out of either Birmingham or London and you would be in the office around 2 days a week. In London you could be based from either Tower Hill or Liverpool Street and in Birmingham its central Birmingham
What will the International Recruitment Manager role involve?
Provide focus on international student recruitment activities, to develop, manage and implement the overarching sales strategy for the online English Language Provision by delivering recruitment targets across all channels including but not limited to agents, directs and partner Universities.
What are the main responsibilities of the International Recruitment Manager?
- Overarching the strategy and delivering assigned target, this includes student recruitment to the Online Pathway Programmes and English language provision
- Developing the English language provision and delivering recruitment targets
- Generating recruitment to all online pathway provisions
- Generating monthly & weekly reports to the Senior Management Team
- Networking within the industry to gain more insights and trends
- Training the recruitment team on their products and processes
- Identify marketing campaigns to generate applications/enquiries
- Extend the agent network in order to promote PSE and Online Pathway enrolments
- Seek new partnership opportunities and new recruitment channels in assigned regions
- Ensure a quality recruitment process that meets legal recruitments
