A fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in Recruitment/ HR for a leading medical organisation as a Junior Recruitment Coordinator
Based in the heart of Windsor, working 9.00am-5.30pm.
Joining the Supplier Team, you will principally undertake various administrative duties, and support senior colleagues in recruitment.
You will be:
• Liaising with applicants and carrying out interviews
• General administration duties
• Interacting with applicants by email in a professional manner
• Keeping trackers and compliance spreadsheets up to date on a daily basis
• Making or receiving calls with applicants; ensuring that all calls are dealt with professionally
• Uploading compliance documentation onto the clients server
• Provide an efficient, friendly and professional service to all applicants, suppliers & colleagues
• Chasing and uploading applicant documents and information
• Analyse data to recognise areas of recruitment
You will need:
• Organised and able to work on own initiatives
• Friendly and able to work well within a team
• Good Communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language – Grade C or equivalent)
• Strong work ethic, driven to achieve results
• Capable to be agile and assist with various tasks depending on the needs of the business
