You will play a crucial role in ensuring clients are supported, solutions are aligned, and sales opportunities are fully maximised.
What you’ll be doing as a Key Account Executive
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key clients
- Understand customer needs and align solutions across funding & product sales
- Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Support strategic planning through pipeline tracking, reporting, and CRM management
- Act as a central contact for your accounts—resolving queries, coordinating with departments, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage
What you’ll bring to the Key Account Executive role:
- At least 2 years’ experience in account management, sales, or a related role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solution-driven approach
- Strong organisation and time management
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with funding mechanisms and CRM systems (desirable)
- Analytical thinking to spot trends and drive strategic decisions
