We are recruiting for a growing organisation in Wokingham, Berkshire for a Key Account Executive—where your ability to manage and grow key accounts will directly shape their continued success.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring clients are supported, solutions are aligned, and sales opportunities are fully maximised.

What you’ll be doing as a Key Account Executive

  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key clients
  • Understand customer needs and align solutions across funding & product sales
  • Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Support strategic planning through pipeline tracking, reporting, and CRM management
  • Act as a central contact for your accounts—resolving queries, coordinating with departments, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage

What you’ll bring to the Key Account Executive role:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in account management, sales, or a related role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, solution-driven approach
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with funding mechanisms and CRM systems (desirable)
  • Analytical thinking to spot trends and drive strategic decisions
