Legal Secretary, Corporate and Commercial Department

Are you a car driver with permanent access to your own vehicle?

**Experience of working within a legal environment is a MUST.**

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Corporate and Commercial Department team based near Camberley.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a fast paced and successful legal firm.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general secretarial support including preparing correspondence, documents, emails, faxes & billing under Fee Earners direction & typing up digital dictation.
  • Diary Management, booking appointments and meetings.
  • Producing legal documents from mark-ups to include formatting and cross referencing.
  • Dealing with client enquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Liaising with the Accounts Department over billing queries

Skills required:

  • Computer literacy with good keyboard / typing skills.
  • Previous experience of practice management systems, CRM systems, and audio typing is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high standard of client service
  • Excellent organisational skills, effective prioritisation of workload and time management skills
  • Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team

Salary £22,000 plus a generous bonus scheme, pension contributions and holiday entitlements are on offer.
