Administrator

Do you hold great Administration skills and are you looking to work alongside a fun Marketing department?

If so, we are looking for you!

 

The Role

  • To provide flexible marketing and administrative support to the Marketing department.
  • Monitoring and informing marketing department of marketing literature stock
  • Providing marketing administrative support
  • Supporting the Marketing Director and assisting Marketers
  • Liaising with external groups regarding design, quotations, deadlines, reprints etc.
  • Data analysis using Excel
  • Direct mail support
  • Journal and magazine management
  • Raising purchase orders and invoice processing and coding
  • Completion of PIP code requests and price increase applications
  • Meeting organisation
  • Exhibition co-ordination and record keeping of budget
  • Support in the management of both internal and external product launches
  • Supporting Marketing with study days
  • Taking Actions/minutes
  • Set up projects to allocate literature codes via an electronic approval system
  • Ad hoc Reception cover

Skills and Knowledge

  • Management of multiple events
  • Reliable, inquisitive and enthusiastic
  • Keen eye for detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Methodical approach to your work
  • Excellent communication and proven organisational skills
  • Can demonstrate patience and resilience
  • Possess a “Can do” attitude
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Marketing knowledge/background (desirable)
  • Minute taking (desirable)

Hours

  • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm – Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
  • You may be required to attend events, exhibitions and conferences which may necessitate overnight stay.

Salary

  • Up to £22,000 DOE
