The Role
- To provide flexible marketing and administrative support to the Marketing department.
- Monitoring and informing marketing department of marketing literature stock
- Providing marketing administrative support
- Supporting the Marketing Director and assisting Marketers
- Liaising with external groups regarding design, quotations, deadlines, reprints etc.
- Data analysis using Excel
- Direct mail support
- Journal and magazine management
- Raising purchase orders and invoice processing and coding
- Completion of PIP code requests and price increase applications
- Meeting organisation
- Exhibition co-ordination and record keeping of budget
- Support in the management of both internal and external product launches
- Supporting Marketing with study days
- Taking Actions/minutes
- Set up projects to allocate literature codes via an electronic approval system
- Ad hoc Reception cover
Skills and Knowledge
- Management of multiple events
- Reliable, inquisitive and enthusiastic

- Excellent communication and proven organisational skills

Hours
- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm – Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
- You may be required to attend events, exhibitions and conferences which may necessitate overnight stay.
