This high end energy efficiency organisation are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team in Finchampstead (just outside of Wokingham), Berkshire.
You will be working with the Commercial Director to deliver the marketing strategy, full-time, in the office.
What you will be responsible for:
- Digital – design, launch and manage multi-channel digital communication, including email, social media, and website.
- Employer Brand – Create and execute a marketing strategy that enhances Insta’s employer brand.
- Measure – Analyse marketing and communication data to ensure campaigns and messages are effective.
- Research – Conduct market, competitor, and prospect research.
- New Business – Support on the production of bid and tender documents and presentations, including proof reading and document/text management.
- Assets– Designing digital and print assets, including social media graphics, presentations, ads, flyers, and leaflets.
- CRM Management – Customer relationship management (CRM): Updating BD information in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).

- Relationships – The ability to build relationships with a diverse network of customers and colleagues.
- Organisation – The ability to coordinate projects and prioritise your workload, with a keen eye for detail.
- Commercial – A strong commercial awareness, with the ability to think outside the box and seize commercial opportunities.
- Marketing – Experience in various marketing methods including digital, social media & asset creation.
- Data – You have the ability to source and interpret data, providing clear insight for your stakeholders.
- Business Development – Experience in a business development role would be advantageous.
Upcoming projects you will be involved in: Launch of revised website, social media strategy, email campaigns across the company. Developing relationships with councils and social housing providers.
