Marketing Coordinator

A leading tech organisation in Thame, Oxfordshire is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team to provide direct support to the sales team with both sales and marketing activity in order to drive sales. You will manage all digital marketing using social media platforms to promote the organisation and their products whilst also managing the internal communication strategy within the business.

Salary: £30,000-£33,000 DOE

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. This can be a hybrid role if needed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with new business opportunities.
  • Attend product marketing meetings and support with the design of mapping out the introduction of new products into the business.
  • Produce specific content for the company website, ensuring it’s kept up to date and remains accurate, working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining the CRM system, generating new business development opportunities through email marketing campaigns.
  • Management of the company profile across each social media platform; providing key business updates to promote the organisation relating to new product development, customer ‘roll out’ projects, and future industry events.

You will need:

  • Marketing experience (ideally within the tech industry)
  • Basic understanding and experience of design software packages (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat DC, Canva, WordPress)
  • Proficient copywriting skills
  • Previous social media management experience
  • Strong organisation skills, ability to prioritise work, and meet required deadlines
  • Strong team player
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
