Marketing Manager

Exciting Marketing Manager opportunity based in Bracknell getting involved with campaigns, events, digital marketing and social marketing.

Working alongside the global campaigns marketing team and the sales team in order to come up with marketing plans to generate leads for various product groups.

Managing the development, delivery, and analysis of integrated go-to-market programs for  application Modernisation and Big Data product groups in the UK&Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Develops and secures approval for GTM plans and budgets.
• Directs cross-functional, cross-organisational teams and agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets.
• Manages/monitors delivery of pre-determined messaging/content.
• Executes/monitors pre- determined customer segmentation strategies and experience plans.
• Tracks and reports marketing metrics/goals/benchmarks.

Education and Experience Required:

• Marketing degree or equivalent

• Experience in Software Marketing preferred or ideally from a tech industry background
• B2B
• 5+ years marketing experience including offering marketing, segment marketing, channel marketing and partner marketing.

• Agency, sales and/or channel experience a plus.

• Strong interest in and understanding of digital & social media marketing capabilities

• Basic understanding of telemarketing

• Professional use of MS Office Tools

• Knowledge of offering, segment, partner and account-based marketing.
• Knowledge of advertising/direct marketing/research vendor practices and procedures.
