Marketing Manager

This is a maternity cover (12 month contract) working alongside the Marketing Director in a funky, creative, retail logistics environment in Hounslow and the role is extremely varied and interesting. You will need all-round general marketing experience and you will have the opportunity to lead and influence this growing brand image.

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for implementing marketing programmes, defining key messages and value propositions, defining exhibitions / seminar attendance for events, production of client and prospect communications collateral, management of external agencies to deliver specified campaigns and delivering social media / website / email campaigns.

You will also be managing departmental budgets, driving awareness of the marketing department successes within the business & key stakeholders, defining necessary updates, managing consumer research, competitor analysis, marketing data & insights analyst, implementation and development of internal communication & staff engagement projects, defining necessary updates: Website, internal and customer facing comms channels.

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager role will have experience and qualifications in marketing, a creative mind, excellent communication and people skills coupled with the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will be curious and innovative, always looking for ways to help the brand standout from the crowd. The ability to adapt to issues and solve problems throughout a marketing campaign is key.
