Contract role to start ASAP until end of November 2022
To plan, coordinate and execute always-on digital marketing activities including Social Media Programs, Email Marketing, Search, Paid Content Marketing and management of content as part of the Consumer Marketing Team.
Working closely with the Consumer Marketing Manager, ensure all campaign activity gives GB consumers compelling reasons to visit this country as a holiday destination, by ensuring stand-out of the brand in a dynamic and competitive marketplace.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist role?
- Deliver and manage all content and collaborate with head-office and website teams to develop bespoke pages. Monitor and report on all aspects of the website and gain insights from Google Analytics to inform all marketing activities.
- Plan, execute, optimise and evaluate Paid Content Marketing Program, working in collaboration with consumer marketing team colleagues.
- Plan and manage the Email Marketing strategy and function for the GB market including weekly email sends, lead generation, re-engagement and automation. Ensure optimal use of digital communications to deliver best in class campaigns to target segments against agreed objectives.
- Plan, develop and coordinate, with colleagues, overarching content calendar and produce content for digital platforms and campaigns as required.
- Plan and manage Social Media campaigns and footprint for the GB market across relevant platforms
- Plan and monitor Paid Search (PPC) campaign and budget.
- Act as digital champion for the GB market – act as a source of expertise in the market in the Digital Marketing area, to provide support, guidance and training to colleagues.
- Collaborate with head-office and consumer marketing team colleagues to implement digital journey management across consumer communications
- Contribute to the development of department reports capturing key activities and providing timely insights. Leverage reporting tools and software including Hootsuite, Google Analytics and Business Intelligence Dashboard to extract key performance metrics.
- Ensure effective budget management, control and reporting is delivered in line with company policy and procedures.
What skills and experience do I need for this marketing specialist role?
- 3-5 years’ experience in B2C digital marketing role
- Record of achievement in digital marketing including Search and website management. Excellent CMS skills.
- Strong experience in developing, activating and monitoring performance driven email marketing campaigns. Record of achievement in data acquisition campaign management and implementation.
- High level of proficiency in Google Analytics and strong analytical skills with track record of generating campaign reports for internal and external use.
- Relevant marketing communications and demonstrable experience of applying new and emerging technologies to consumer marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing external agencies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong team player with track record of collaboration and positive attitude to change.
- Strong and engaging writing style to communicate effectively with target segments across all digital marketing channels.
