Membership Administrator

Our client are a professional membership organisation that sets the standards for the project profession. Looking for a Membership Administrator to join their fantastic team!

They are based just outside of High Wycombe, Bucks and the fulltime working hours are 35 hours a week. Hybrid working options are in place in this fabulous membership organisation

Graduate can apply as can people with great customer services experience

Salary is up to £22,000 plus 10% bonus

What are the main responsibilities of this Membership Administrator Role?

  • Administration of individual and corporate membership applications from UK and overseas applicants, including the review and processing of applications, supporting the end-to-end process from application submission to issuing of results, handling of any feedback
  • Effectively respond to all queries related to the membership standards and events via e-mail, web chat and phone, in line with agreed SLAs for response times. Provide consistently high levels of customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Accurate maintenance of database and paper records.
  • Communication with the Membership Panel to assist in coordinating availability for application reviews.
  • Liaison with key internal stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly and a positive customer experience
