Membership Assistant

If so you may be interested in this new opportunity working for a leading Charity just outside of High Wycombe.

This is a fixed term 12 month contract (working 35 hours a week) to cover maternity leave.

What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Engagement Team Leader, you will be responsible for processing all individual and corporate membership applications and act as the first point of contact for all member and potential member enquires.You will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers by carrying out day to day administration requirements, and effectively dealing with their enquiries via the telephone, email, or letter.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

  • GCSE (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Customer service experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good relationship building with customers and colleagues
  • Well-developed teamwork skills
  • Strong organisational skills
