Membership Assistant

Do you have experience delivering excellent customer service and take pride in your administrative skills?

If so, we have the role for you!

 

The Role

  • You will be responsible for processing all membership applications
  • You will be the first point of contact for all member and potential member enquires
  • You will provide an excellent standard of customer services, dealing effectively with their enquiries the telephone, email or letter

 

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Experience working within a high quality and busy customer service environment is essential
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • The ability to prioritise workload
  • A high degree of accuracy is also required for this role.

  • Full time perm role 35 hours per week
