National Accounts Administrator

This exciting global jewellery brand in Wokingham, Berkshire, is looking for a National Accounts Administrator to provide support to a selection of the companies National Account customers and coordinate all aspects of sales administration.

This will include but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Management and interpretation of sell-through data provided by customers, looking for sales trends and completing weekly and monthly reports for the sales team and wider company
  • Assist in the preparation for customer meetings for Account managers, by sorting product sample cases and sell-through data
  • Attend customer product selection meetings with our Account Managers to take notes of the meetings and action support admin/follow-up requests
  • Assisting in preparation of internal sales meetings, preparing sample issues, sample returns, administration
  • Order processing for major National customers, using B2B and our internal order processing system.
  • Processing credits
  • Maintaining internal product and specification databases
  • Completing new product specification forms required by customers, and providing digital assets and copy for their websites etc
  • Management of our sales samples movement to and from our customers and internally
  • Help with our customers seasonal catalogues, brochures, and flyers regarding text, descriptions, layout, and accuracy.
  • Incentives and promotions analysis
  • Maintaining and producing ‘Crystal reports’
  • Maintaining pricing forms

You will need:

  • Above all, it’s vitally important the individual is skilled at maintaining good customer relations, both external and internal
  • A confident individual able to talk to all levels of our customers from Buyers to Senior Managers
  • An ability to work within a team and cover for other team members in their absence
  • Organised and task driven
  • Someone who can work in a busy working sales environment with tight deadlines and a large task list of actions to carry out
  • An ability to prioritise and reprioritise their task list as new work / responsibilities and demands are impacting the working day
  • Ideally confident using Microsoft Excel to an ‘intermediate’ level
  • PC Literate with experience on other Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire. For the initial 6 months, this will be an office- based position and then move to hybrid

Working hours: Either 8.00am-4.00pm, 9.00am- 5.00pm, or 10.00am- 6.00pm (35 hours)

Salary: Up to £27,500
