Office Assistant (Legal)

Are you looking for an administrative position in a legal environment?

Our lovely client are looking for an office assistant to provide support in their fast-paced Wokingham office. This busy and varied role will have you providing administration support for all departments within the office. You will carry out a range of administration tasks to support the team.

Duties will include:

  • Photocopying
  • Preparing initial paperwork
  • Ordering stationery
  • Sorting and franking the post
  • Covering reception
  • Emptying confidential waste bins, as well as providing other ad-hoc duties to the team.
  • Additionally, you will be able to provide basic secretarial support to the departments.

You must:

  • Be able to demonstrate that you are capable of working on your own initiative whilst being a strong team player.
  • Have an eye for attention to detail along with a pro-active approach
  • Seeking out tasks that need to be completed, will be essential.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • A reasonable typing speed are essential along with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • You must have at least 5 GCSE’s Grade A* to C including Maths and English.

You will be required to travel to a Camberley office as required, so a car and a full driving licence are essential.

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000

Hours: Monday to Friday
