An exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager looking to join a forward thinking organisation within the legal industry.
This role is working 9.00-5.30 in the office in Camberley, where free parking is offered.
This Office Manager role involves ensuring the smooth running of the office through the management of facilities, maintenance and the services provided by the office services team. Ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to both internal and external clients.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Providing internal and external clients with an efficient and professional service to create a professional impression at all times.
- Coordinating the tasks completed by and services provided by the Office Services team.
- Scheduling maintenance visits.
- Dealing with requests for repair/ replacement of office furniture and arranging maintenance or purchase of office furniture as and when appropriate.
- Liaising with landlords/ building management regarding any changes to the main office and serviced office premises and updating the Finance Director on any changes proposed/ in progress.
- Obtaining quotes and sourcing goods and services as requested which represent the best value and quality.
- Ensuring invoices are checked and delivered to the Finance department in a timely manner.
- To observe confidentiality in all matters both internal and external and maintain an awareness of the need for data protection.
- To keep up-to-date with changes in office / reception processes and procedures and other changes to personnel and services provided within the office and Firm.
- To provide adhoc support to other departments and / or assist with additional tasks as and when required by the Finance Director.
