The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing, monitoring and coordinating the admin team, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
Key duties;
- dealing with correspondence and queries including answering and responding to all incoming calls
- point of contact for reception liaising with employees, suppliers and clients
- manage post room
- ordering stationary
- monitoring main inbox
- supporting company meetings
- booking transport and accommodation for visitors
- managing office budgets and office layout
- implementing and maintaining procedures/ office administrative systems
In exchange you’ll receive an excellent benefits package including a generous pension and holiday allowance, healthcare, and salary of £35,000 – £40,000 per annum.
