Onboarding Administrator

This role is suitable for either a graduate or someone with customer service or administration or onboarding experience

Onboarding Administrator: Based in Deansgate, Manchester

Working 37.5 hour a week but can be flexible as long as doing 10am-4pm core hours

This is a hybrid position half the week in the office and half the week at home

What are the responsibilities of the Onboarding Administrator?

As an integral part of the Operations Team you will own the clinician onboarding process.

You will be resourcing and ensuring the onboarding process continues to provide a suitable level of clinician availability to meet business requirements.

Clinician engagement will be at the forefront of day-to-day activities, building and maintaining relationships to promote a good image of the company.

Main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Maintain a suitable flow of applicants on the platform making best use of all recruitment options available
  • Continually develop the onboarding process in collaboration with the medical and product teams to ensure an effective and efficient experience supporting highly engaged, expert clinicians
  • Work with and maintain working relationships with appropriate agency partners to build resilience within the onboarding process
  • Engage with applicants at all stages of the onboarding process, providing support and feedback acting as the primary operational point of contact between clinicians and the wider business
  • Deliver initial, update and refresher clinician product training
  • Enable technical set-up, co-ordinating requirements between clinicians, I.T and external partners. Using in-depth knowledge to inform best process and trouble-shoot issues arising
  • Ensure all clinicians maintain appropriate levels of training and up to date compliance documentation to meet minimum standards required
  • Support the Resource and Scheduling Planner
  • Work with the Relationship and Onboarding team to manage GP set-up

What skills and experience is needed for the Onboarding Administrator Role?

  • Experience within an operational resourcing role is ideal but not essential
  • Ability to demonstrate effective time and workload management
  • Organised with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills
  • Motivated to work as part of a team responsible for ensuring operational supply is maximised and utilised effectively
  • Ambition for achieving success and striving for continuous improvement
  • Experience within an Administration or Customer service background
  • Good IT skills
