Online Customer Beauty Specialist

As the first point of contact for all online queries, you will be a fantastic communicator, friendly, helpful, empathetic and self-motivated. You will be communicating directly via email, social media & other online communication forms to a worldwide community!

Duties include:

Provide the community with expert help and advice on the product range, and other beauty and style queries.
Resolve customer issues to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Build positive and happy relationships with the online community by communicating with them using the brand voice guidelines at all times.
Proactively alert the management team to issues and inform them of any potential recurring issues and insight (i.e. product, social media, payment issues, website problems etc.).
Ensure all emails and social media messages from our community are answered up to real time before the end of your shift.
Pay close attention to detail, ensuring the entire thread of an interaction is read thoroughly.
Check all responses before sending to make sure that response answers the question or issue, and that there are no spelling, grammar or numerical errors.
Proactively demonstrate exceptional spelling, punctuation and grammar skills, whilst ensuring appropriate and correct tone of brand voice are used at all times.
Continuously make efforts to be kind, friendly and supportive to your fellow team.
Achieve any set daily, weekly monthly KPIs
Work with the rest of the team to create new and exciting means of making the community experience the best it can be.
Support the Products Specialist by proactively researching and help pre-empt potential customer queries on new products due to go-live.
Regularly review copy, content and templates and update as necessary.
Regularly familiarise yourself with all social media updates and features to help achieve the highest level of customer service and to give the best experience to our community.
