Operations Administrator

We have a great opportunity for you to join our fun loving client in Thame as an Operations Executive.

You:

Our client are actively looking for people that are not just good at admin, but would also like the opportunity to look at ways to improve the operations and processes and would really take pride in delivering a high- quality service to both internal and external clients. You may be in an office administration role or a customer service role currently, recently left higher education, or be looking for a change in career and would like a job that really allows you to showcase your organisational skills and ability to multi-task!

Your Role:

Your role will be to provide operational support to client managers and field teams, ensuring they receive a first-class administrative service.

This Operations Executive role is pivotal to making sure things run smoothly. Day to day you will look after the call file for the sales teams, and their employment details, in addition to providing invaluable support to the field team who often work remotely without access to the office. You will communicate via telephone, email and post and organise equipment for new employees, dealing with any queries too and liaising with other departments to quickly resolve any issues.

Whilst this role is based in Thame, you would from time to time have the opportunity to meet the field teams and clients when attending meetings in various locations across the UK.

Salary:

£20,000 – £24,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a company bonus scheme, great benefits package and a real opportunity to advance your career too!
