Working for a lovely organisation in their head office in Thame your role will be to provide first class administrative support to the Client Manager and Field Team. Working with the wider team, you would always be looking at ways to improve our operations and would take pride in delivering a high-quality service to both internal and external clients, often working to tight deadlines.
Your role is pivotal to making sure things run smoothly and you would be the point of contact for the client, Client Service Manager and our field managers. Day to day you will look after details regarding the call file for sales teams, and their employment details. You will provide invaluable support to the field team who often work remotely without access to the office, via telephone, email and post, helping organise equipment for new employees and dealing with any queries too, liaising with other departments to quickly resolve any issues.
As they start new campaigns you would be responsible for ensuring the briefing materials, information packs and presentations were all in place and sent out in time.
Whilst this role is based in Thame, you would from time to time have the opportunity to meet the field teams and clients when attending meetings in various locations across the UK.
£20k-£23k per annum depending on experience, plus company bonus scheme and a great benefits package!
Hours are 9-5:30pm Monday to Friday
