Part-Time Admin

This leading medical organisation are looking for someone to join their team as a Part-Time Administrator.

Based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire, you will be working 18.25 hours per week. Hours can be flexible to suit you. This is an office-based role.

This busy and varied role will involve all aspects of administration and telephone work.

Salary: £9,490/ £10.00ph (£19,500 full-time equivalent)

Main duties:

  • Processing electronic prescriptions and liaising with patients to arrange delivery of supplies
  • Reminder to order calls to patients
  • Inbound Calls
  • Processing Orders
  • Exemption checking
  • General admin tasks
  • Calling GP surgeries
  • Working to targets set by Team Leader
  • To perform such other duties as may be reasonably requested by Team Leader

You will need:

  • Keen eye for detail
  • High level of accuracy
  • Methodical approach to your work
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Reliable, inquisitive and enthusiastic
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication, oral and written, skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • “Can do” attitude
  • Experience of MS Office
  • Database input experience (desirable)
  • Telephone based customer service background (desirable)
  • Working to targets (desirable)
