Part-time Administrator (9am-2pm, Mon-Fri)

Are you an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills?

If so you may be interested in this fantastic opportunity working for a leading medical company just outside of High Wycombe.

Experience working in the NHS is desirable but not essential.

This is a part-time role, working in an office 9am-2pm, Monday to Friday.

What will I be doing?

You will support all the administrative work in relation to maintaining existing company contract retention. You will pursue new business opportunities which are identified by the company as potential sources of new business. The role will also include researching new opportunities for procurement and service delivery in the NHS.

What skills and experience do I need?

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Determination and accuracy with written documentation.
  • Professional communication skills, utilising different communication methods effectively.
  • Flexible approach to work at times of pressure.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • A good working knowledge of Word Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.
