Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer service within an office environment?
This role is office based and is a customer service email/phone communications role.
The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace the brand you are working on. Ideally you will be passionate about offering a great customer experience and will be able to easily build rapport with customers.
Main Duties
- You will be responding to enquires via email, white mail and phone
- You will work collaboratively with customers to resolve enquiries in a skilful and professional manner ensuring a timely resolution.
Do you have?
- The ability to prioritise workload with minimum supervision
- Good communication and listening skills together with the ability to liaise with other departments
- Good keyboard skills and computer literacy with a basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- Clear writing with good grammar skills with keen attention to detail
Days and Hours:
Part Time – 15 hours Per Week, 2 days a week = Thursday & Friday – 9am – 5.30pm

£8.20ph
