Part Time, Customer Service Advisor – 2 full days a week (15 hours)

Are you looking for a part time role? Are you available Thursday and Fridays 9am to 5:30pm?

Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer service within an office environment?

This role is office based and is a customer service email/phone communications role.

The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace the brand you are working on. Ideally you will be passionate about offering a great customer experience and will be able to easily build rapport with customers.

Main Duties

  • You will be responding to enquires via email, white mail and phone
  • You will work collaboratively with customers to resolve enquiries in a skilful and professional manner ensuring a timely resolution.

Do you have?

  • The ability to prioritise workload with minimum supervision
  • Good communication and listening skills together with the ability to liaise with other departments
  • Good keyboard skills and computer literacy with a basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
  • Clear writing with good grammar skills with keen attention to detail

Days and Hours:

Part Time – 15 hours Per Week, 2 days a week = Thursday & Friday – 9am – 5.30pm

Salary:

£8.20ph
