Part Time Customer Service Executive

Are you happy to work Monday to Friday – 9am to 12:30pm or 9:30am to 1pm?

Do you have previous customer service and office experience?

Job Role, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls from patients
  • Actively promoting the companys products
  • Responding to emails
  • Complaint handling
  • Tracking delivery orders
  • Identifying business opportunities
  • Reminder calls to patients regarding orders and clinic appointments
  • Take an active part in all departmental meetings
  • Cover for other team members if required
  • Cleanse database regularly

Person Specification:

  • Reliable snd patient
  • Methodical approach to your work
  • Keen eye for detail
  • High level of accuracy
  • “Can do” attitude
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Experience of MS Office

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 9am to 12:30pm or 9:30am to 1pm

Basic Salary:

  • £7769 per annum
