Job Role, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls from patients
- Actively promoting the companys products
- Responding to emails
- Complaint handling
- Tracking delivery orders
- Identifying business opportunities
- Reminder calls to patients regarding orders and clinic appointments
- Take an active part in all departmental meetings
- Cover for other team members if required
- Cleanse database regularly
Person Specification:
- Reliable snd patient
- Methodical approach to your work
- Keen eye for detail
- High level of accuracy
- “Can do” attitude
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Experience of MS Office
Hours:
- Monday to Friday – 9am to 12:30pm or 9:30am to 1pm
Basic Salary:
- £7769 per annum
