Job Summary:
To deliver excellent customer service to internal/external customers. Dealing with telephone and postal queries, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently, effectively and within the department’s customer service level commitment. Ensuring all administration work is completed and always up to date.
- Processing daily scripts
- Liaising with Nurses and GP surgery’s
- Script filling
- Setting up new patients
- Scanning of templates
- Invoices
- Completions
- Post
- GP letters
- Month end procedures
- Working to targets set by Admin Team Leader
- Support Patient service teams with routine admin tasks.
- To perform such other duties as may be reasonably requested by Admin Team Leader
Hours and Salary:
Monday to Friday – 6pm-9:00pm
