Rare opportunity to work evenings Monday to Friday 6pm to 9pm based from home (Working from home)
This role is a permanent job paying £7,400 for 15 hours a week and you will receive 25 days holidays plus public holidays, contributory pension scheme, private health care and life assurance.
What experience do I need to do this job?
- You will need a keen eye for detail and accuracy as you will be processing patients orders and generating surgery letters
- Database skills and good, solid proven admin and customer services experience are essential
- The role involves supporting the Patient Services team with varied admin tasks as well as cleansing the database regularly
- An excellent telephone manner is essential as there will be occasional outbound calling to patients
- Working to targets
- Flexibility as covering for other team members on occasion
- Able to attend the offices in High Wycombe for initial training
