This is a fabulous part-time admin role based within a busy HR department, working 27.5 hours a week (potentially 9-2.30pm but there is flexibility around how the hours are configured but the company do require Monday to Friday)
This is a maternity leave contract for 12 months

BRIEF JOB SUMMARY
Working as part of a small, friendly, busy team you will have the vital role of supporting the Human Resources function and team you will undertake, and be responsible for, a wide range of administrative tasks relating to all areas of Human Resources. These will include, but are not limited to: maintaining the Human Resources database; logging and acknowledging applications received and the responses from the relevant Manager; arranging interviews by liaising with recruitment agencies and candidates directly; preparing interview agendas; collating and inputting absence data; creating new employee personnel files; filing, distributing post internally and printing and collating Human Resources documentation. You will have monthly and annual tasks that need to be completed in a timely fashion. You will be a vital support function for the Human Resources Manager, Advisor and Assistant.
You will delivery excellent customer service to all internal and external customers and you will ensure that all queries are resolved accurately, efficiently and effectively and reports produced in a timely fashion.
You will have a proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude and will be comfortable with organising your workload effectively, with sufficient flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be complemented by a good command of IT.
Holiday: 25 days per annum rising to 27 after 5 years service 8 Public Holidays
