Part-time PA/Administrator

Are you looking to work 2 or 3 days a week on a one to one basis with a well established Independent Financial Advisor?

This is an interesting, varied role where attention to detail is paramount and in a role which could grow in the future.

Office based in Bracknell, Berkshire initially but the role could become working from home/remote once training has completed.

What will the part-time PA/Admin role involve?

  • Full use of Intelligent Office (IO) which is a software package for financial advisers
  • Regular communication with the IFA with regards to work duties
  • Preparing files
  • Following though after the IFA has met clients
  • Responding to client pension queries
  • Compliance duties for pension purposes and regulatory purposes

What skills and experience do I need?

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be liaising with clients
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through
  • Previous admin experience ideally within financial services or similar but not essential
