Are you looking to work 2 or 3 days a week on a one to one basis with a well established Independent Financial Advisor?
This is an interesting, varied role where attention to detail is paramount and in a role which could grow in the future.
Office based in Bracknell, Berkshire initially but the role could become working from home/remote once training has completed.
What will the part-time PA/Admin role involve?
- Full use of Intelligent Office (IO) which is a software package for financial advisers
- Regular communication with the IFA with regards to work duties
- Preparing files
- Following though after the IFA has met clients
- Responding to client pension queries
- Compliance duties for pension purposes and regulatory purposes
What skills and experience do I need?
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be liaising with clients
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through
- Previous admin experience ideally within financial services or similar but not essential
