Part-time Payroll Admin 25 hours a week

Working in the heart of Marlow, Bucks (with parking provided) 5 days a week 25 hours a week (hours can be flexible as long as every day is covered)

Ideally you will have some exposure to payroll and/or payroll experience and ideally some sage payroll knowledge

JOB SUMMARY
Your primary focus will be on processing the monthly payroll which will include processing, producing associated reports and responding to pay queries. Full training on the payroll process will be provided on-the-job.
You will process the necessary administrative tasks associated with day-to-day queries and issues, including updating of the HR database.

This role includes all tasks associated with the payroll process; from effectively co-ordinating the data sent in from across the Group, accurately processing that data, producing, and distributing reports to relevant parties across the Group and ensuring all HMRC submissions are made on time.
• You will ensure that the payroll process meets all legal obligations to HMRC and GDPR requirements.
• You will be responsible for responding to any payroll queries in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
• You will be the point of contact for external auditors regarding the payroll function.
• Process the necessary administrative tasks associated with day-to-day queries and issues, including being responsible for own filing, updating of HR database etc.

25 days per annum (plus 8 Bank Holidays) rising to 27 after 5 years’ service.
Working Hours:
Part time role – Monday to Friday (25 hours per week)-hours to suit
