Senior Administration role based just outside of Wokingham supporting supporting the administration and the management of installations across the product range both pre and post installation. Providing excellent customer service particularly through the handling of incoming calls. This is a varied role and you will be working across the business. Looking for a solid administrator with lots of previous customer exposure.
Key Duties
- Managing customer enquiries pre, during or post installation.
- Provide support to the Planning Production Manager in the booking and management of installations with home owners, tenants and site managers for new build sites.
- Taking deposit payments from customers and raising purchase orders.
- Supporting the Complaints Supervisor in handling customer issues.
- Management of all customer sales leads, undertaking relevant checks, logging customer details and passing through to the Sales Manager.
- Lead in the production of all relevant pre-install documentation
- Provide install notification to accreditation bodies where required
- Apply for all post-installation warranties, guarantees and accreditation body notification.
- Support the collation, checking and submitting of grant funding paperwork, and other similar documentation required to support installations across the division.
- Management of social media postings for the division.
Knowledge and Experience Required
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Confidence in handling challenging conversations with difficult customers.
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Comfortable and flexible with role changes that maybe required due to the changing business strategy.
- Detailed and results orientated, strong attention to detail – accuracy is a key requirement.
- Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with flexible attitude, happy to support others when necessary
- Working with third parties effectively
- Good functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and social media applications
- Some understanding of the Data Protection Act (training will be provided)
