This Project Administrator in Wokingham, Berkshire role could be perfect for you!

Applicants must be able to drive due to the location of the office not being reachable by foot or public transport. The office is located near to Wokingham!

There have been some industry regulation changes which requires this new service. We we have a fantastic new team in place and we are looking for the next person to join our client. You will be working very closely with members of the senior management team who will support, coach and develop you.

What are the responsibilities of a Project Administrator?

As Project Administrator your responsibilities will be to help drive a new service our client is offering. The role will develop as the service grows and there will be ample opportunity to learn and develop. The service ensures every installation is approved and signed off before going ahead. This will require a driven candidate to want to build efficiencies in an existing project, develop robust processes, and a service which is scalable and revenue generating. The role will also support the key partnerships that our client has in the industry, supporting on marketing strategies, new projects, and help drive the business forward.

A typical week for a Project Administrator might include;

  • To review existing processes and develop efficiencies
  • Process submitted work and ensure all measures have been met
  • Work effectively and efficiently with both the Energy Services Director and Commercial Director
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered

  • Excellent computer literacy – including MS Office & web-based systems

  • Administration experience
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
