Wokingham, Berkshire based

1. Relocation PM circa £26 to £28KPPA (Typically with overtime and bonuses you can earn approx. £34-£36 KPA) over time is common on this task and will vary depending on client tasks.
2. The Fit Out PM Circa £28 to £32 KPA (Typically with overtime and bonuses you can earn £34 – £38 KPA) over time is common but not as much as the Relocation PM.
3. Standard hours 9-6pm and a bonus is paid annually.
4. Travel to client premises and working away expenses are funded
5. Mobile phone and IT equipment is provided

Typical working tasks for the project managers will involve the following (Fuller job specs available)

• Managing the construction fitout and renovations from project inception through to delivery and completion
• Fact finding, understanding what the client requires, managing expectations
• Delivering the project on time and within budget
• Space plan design and space and location planning
• Preparing tender documents
• Managing contractors and suppliers
• Quoting and costing of work
• Managing deliveries
• Access and route planning
• Daily management of site when works are in progress
• Assisting with Stock Control and Showroom Maintenance
• Raising Quotes and Orders on the automated system

What experience is needed for the project managers role?

• Experience in facilities management is a real advantage
• Ability to take ownership of the task at hand, be self-motivated and work alone when required.
• Good Basic Desktop IT Skills – MS Outlook, Work, Excel
• CAD Experience an advantage but not compulsory.
• Practical and Physically Able, some small installations/ assistance with deliveries will be required from time to time.
• Full UK Clean Driving License.
