Recruitment Consultant

Here at Journey Recruitment, we are experiencing a period of growth and are looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to come and join our amazing team in central Wokingham!

This is a fully office based role working 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (with an earlier finish on a Friday), paying a negotiable basic salary based on experience. Our new team member will be friendly and confident with amazing Customer Service skills. You do not necessarily need to have previous recruitment experience for this role but you must be people focussed, willing to learn and understand the recruitment processes, possess great administration and written skills and want to work in a small, boutique-style agency.

You will be required to complete the full 360 recruitment process and develop your own client and candidate relationships as well as account managing existing customers. The main duties of the role are as follows:

• Develop a candidate base and complete thorough consultative calls to fully understand candidate requirements and suitability for roles.
• Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs in new roles
• Identify and attract potential candidates using social media and job boards
• Be comfortable and confident on making high volume outbound calls
• Excel in high levels of communications via phone, teams & email
• Be able to multitask and organise your day appropriately.
• Work as an integral member of the team carrying out ad hoc administration or project tasks when requested
• Advertising vacancies and managing responses using Reed, CV Library, Indeed and LinkedIn
• Engaging in social media activities and events
• Business development work
• Be a team player
• Representing the high standards of the Journey Recruitment brand
