Recruitment Consultant

At Journey Recruitment, we are experiencing a period of growth and would love to find another experienced Recruitment Consultant to come in and assist us in Wokingham.

Our ideal new team member will be a friendly, capable consultant with previous local recruitment experience who is keen to work in a small, boutique-style agency with old fashioned values and a strong customer service ethos.

You will be required to complete the full 360 recruitment process and develop your own client and candidate relationships as well as account managing existing customers

  • Develop client contact and conduct business development calls
  • Schedule and attend client meetings
  • Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs
  • Identify and attract potential candidates
  • Interview candidates to understand their requirements and gain valuable market information
  • Provide advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and manage expectations
  • Work as an integral member of the team
  • Advertising vacancies and managing response
  • Engaging in social media activities and events
