Recruitment Consultant

We are experiencing a period of growth and would love to find a Recruitment Consultant to come in and assist us in Wokingham. You would join a warm desk with plenty of opportunities. Our ideal new team member will be a friendly, capable consultant with either previous local recruitment experience or a great communicator with amazing Customer Service skills.

Journey Recruitment is a small, boutique-style agency based in Wokingham with old fashioned values and a strong customer service ethos.

You will be required to complete the full 360 recruitment process and develop your own client and candidate relationships as well as account managing existing customers

  • Develop client contact and negotiate terms
  • Schedule and attend client meetings virtually and face to face
  • Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs
  • Identify and attract potential candidates
  • Qualify and resource candidates using the database, job boards and LinkedIn
  • Manage the candidate placement procedure
  • Submit candidates for suitable roles and manage the journey and calendar of interviews etc
  • Work as an integral member of the team
  • Work to targets
  • Advertising vacancies and managing response
  • Engaging in social media activities and events
  • Be a collaborative team player and motivator
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts and multitasking at speed
