Recruitment Resourcer/Consultant

We are experiencing a period of growth and would love to find an experienced Recruitment Resourcer/Consultant to come in and assist us in Wokingham.

Our ideal new team member will be a friendly, capable candidate with previous recruitment and resourcing experience who is keen to work in a small but growing boutique-style agency with old fashioned values and a strong customer service ethos.

We are not expecting you to do any sales with this role initially but we would like you to be flexible and help where needed.

You will be required to assist the team to fill a high volume of live vacancies

• Source candidates through networking, placing job adverts, job boards and social media
• Provide advice to candidates on career opportunities
• Provide interview briefing and interview feedback
• Build a candidate pipeline through daily resourcing
• Develop relationships with passive candidates
• Account manage some long existing client relationships
• You will have the opportunity to attend existing client visits/meetings
