Regional Sales Director-Estate Agency (London)

Regional Sales Director role covering Central and North London

The  client will consider candidates who have multi office management experience and who ideally lives within the geographic locations below

St Johns Wood, Notting Hill Gate, Hampstead, Highgate, Finchley, Totteridge, Barnet

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and Managing Director and you will be responsible for multi estate agency offices and for various designated residential sales and lettings staff.

The main purpose of the role is to

• Generate profit by driving income/activity levels
• Create the largest active market share of any area in the specific geographic areas (central and north London)
• Maximise resources to increase operational profitability
• Personally generate fee income from daily activities
• Develop long term client relationships to ensure client retention
• Monitor compliance
• Recruit and develop successful team members
