Remote Digital Marketing Executive

A fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive with campaign management and email marketing experience.

This is a working from home position, working for a leading training organisation based in Berkshire which offers a variety of opportunities for employees to really grow and develop. The candidate should live within an hours commute of Wokingham.

What will I be doing?

You will be responsible for managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns for UK business. This role will have a particular focus on website and/or email and social marketing. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and implementing campaigns across digital marketing channels.
  • Creating and editing videos to be used across channels.
  • Monitoring and analysing competitor offerings and developing competitive strategies.
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns including task and booking reports.
  • Identifying opportunities and maximising the exposure of the brand.
  • Ensuring sites are best optimised for search engines. To get tier 1-2 areas within the first page on Google, organically or via Paid campaigns.
  • You must also maintain the CRM house file and cleanse data / dataviews on a regular basis.
  • Regularly reviewing social media lead generation opportunities.
  • Ad-hoc marketing activities to support sales including channel and product marketing.

What skills and experience do I need?

  • Must be confident and competent in campaign management (essential).
  • Competent with CMS’ and/or email marketing and social media platforms (essential).
  • Have experience or knowledge of the training and/or apprenticeship industry (desirable).
  • Must be customer-focused.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be a well-organised person in a service-orientated environment.
  • Be good at managing expectations with team and colleagues in other departments.
  • Sound judgement and decision making capabilities.
  • Be a team player (willing to support and help colleagues when needed).
