Sales Administrator

Lovely Sales Administrator role located in Wokingham, Berkshire with a 4.30pm finish on a Friday!

Based within a small sales team in a company with a great brand!

What does this Sales Administrator role involve?

  • Responsible for providing all order entry functions and sales support required by the UK account managers
  • Order entry: The timely processing of all received orders within the JDE Enterprise One ERP system to include contract review, backorder management, order acknowledgments and delivery bookings.
  • Sales support: All back office administration for your allocated account manager and territory to include email management and 1st line customer support.
  • Call handling: 1st line call handling for all sales and customer service calls, providing a first rate customer experience. Taking and managing overflow calls from other teams, managing customer expectations and providing assistance where possible.
  • Email management.
  • Liaising with the warehouse.
  • Generating Pro-formas
  • Completing the despatch confirmation process and associated administration.
  • Generating order acknowledgments

What skills and attributes do I need for the Sales Administration role?

  • Experience in a sales order processing role.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Good communicator both verbally and written
  • Competency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience of JD Edwards Enterprise One desirable but not essential
  • Office based position so living near Wokingham, Berkshire is preferred

 

Hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Thursday 9-4.30 on Friday
